Ideal candidate would have done some development work previously in the database / web area and then moved into testing. Need to be able to create test plans, write specs and test cases, write test queries and be responsible for all the data validation. Understand key testing components, create milestones and drive the testing process are part of this job. Applications are all web based. Test reporting is done in crystal reports and business objects so experience with that would be helpful. Candidates need great communication skills to be able to interact with business users and management.
