*Description:*
· This candidate will be responsible for installation,
configuration and administration of application servers, Webservers,
Middleware products that host intranet / internet facing Java / J2EE
applications.
· He/She will also provide 24/7 technical support for highly
available production and non-production environments, and upcoming
projects.
· Possess good WAS/MQ admin skills, analytical skills, problem
resolution and troubleshooting skills.
· Follows all Middleware Administration, Change Control, Release,
Incident reporting, Security, and Configuration Management processes,
policies, operating plans, and mandates.
· Candidate requires good interpersonal/communication skills as
there is constant interaction with other internal and external teams. The
candidate should be able to proactively communicate task status and issues
to the manager.
· Lead other applications team members in selected project
activities. Collects client requirements, performs analysis, writes program
specifications and develops designs for medium size projects. Performs some
technical evaluation of products.
· Responsible for producing high quality deliverables in a timely
fashion.
· Performs project management activities such as planning, sizing,
and scheduling activities. Responsible for analyzing problems, developing
solutions and making decisions that impact projects.
· Ensures systems implementations occur in accordance with
established Change Control procedures. Proactively communicates status
reports and issues to manager

Full time positions.
The ETL Developer conducts data mapping, designs, develops and implements
extract/transform/load processes using custom ETL or ETL tools.
*Job Description:*
At least 2 years experience in ETL tool experience e.g., Data Stage,
Business Objectives Data Integrator
Experience in Custom ETL development experience
Experience in Consulting responsibilities/experience and hands-on
technology experience on technical engagements
Experience in Technical requirements definition, mapping and gap analysis
following development standards
Solid experience in analyzing query performance issues and modifying data
structures or application code to remedy performance problems
Have generated few complex business reports/graphs, which were used for
understanding, acting and reporting.
Developed ETL scripts to extract and cleanse data from SQL databases
Highly proficient in SQL and competent in quantitative and qualitative
analysis and critical thinking
Excellent understanding of relational and dimensional data models
Be able to effectively multi-task, working on several independent projects
at the same time by utilizing excellent time management skills
