Request a Project Manager to work with selected Service Integrator to
utilize Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles to
build a tool to service ISD for areas including Request Fulfillment,
Incident Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Asset
Management.
Project Manager must have experience leading more than one ServiceNow
deployment and have PMP certification.
