*Job Description:* · Seeking a senior business analyst, that will collaborate with business and technical professionals to design software solutions that solve problems and leverage opportunities in the Commercial Real Estate industry. · Primary job responsibilities will include the elicitation of requirements and the production of functional and non-functional specification documentation using mock-ups, wire-frames, and text at a high level of specificity. · Should be able to interact with business users to understand and gather requirements. · Senior Business Analyst will have a proven track record of success in a software development environment along with the ability to act as a mentor to less experienced team members. · Candidate will work on problem areas to define pertinent specifications for applications. · Candidate will specify the required logical interface between related programs or processes. *Mandatory Skills:* · Experience in real estate specific software applications (Argus, JDE, Yardi, Dyna etc.) · Good understanding and working experience in commercial real estate LOB (Line of Business) and associated services & products. · Experience in commercial real estate cash flow modeling, underwriting, commercial property management, appraisals, valuation, budgeting/forecasting is preferred. · Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, charts and BI queries.
