*Role Description*

• Participate in meetings and communication with technical and
non-technical groups

• Create and manage project artifacts such as technical documentation,
status reports etc.

• Communicate process and system solutions to project team members and key
business stakeholders. Communicate risks and issues clearly to project
stakeholders

• Establish, interpret, execute and recommend modifications to policies.
Ensure governance, compliance, and regulatory processes are followed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills & should be able to
communicate technical and business information

• Excellent interpersonal relation building skills

• Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple solutions

• Works collaboratively with different team and be able to meet the
deadlines.

• Must be able to Independently front-face meetings/discussions with
prospective customers and make a difference

• Good understanding of Business process and should be able to learn
quickly new Business processes.

• Should be able to understand Business requirements, document and able to
talk with Business in Business terminology.



*Competencies *

·         Salesforce.com Administration & customization

*Essential Skills *

'• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce.com architecture,
design, and development. Strong Object Oriented Development Skills.

• MUST have Salesforce Service Cloud experience

• SFDC Developer experience

• Hands-On experience in designing and implementing applications on
Force.com and configuring Salesforce.com

• Development using standard Salesforce and Force.com platform (Apex,
Triggers, Workflow rules, VF pages, VF Controllers), Sales and Service
Cloud including customer and partner portal development.

• Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA, & Metadata APIs

• Proficiency in the Salesforce.com development environment including
custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, IDE, Triggers, Migration
Tools, and Web Services

• Strong web development skills including JSON,XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX

• Experience with projects using Agile/SCRUM methodology and be in a
position to lead the team using Agile/SCRUM approach

• Experienced in handling multi country rollouts and managed multiple
instances of Salesforce.com

• Experience with applying best practices on force.com and VF platforms.

• Services oriented design principles (SOA)

• Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills

• Salesforce.com certified, Force.com Developer

• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience

• Object oriented development skills (Java, .Net),SQL,RDBMS experience

• Working knowledge on force.com sites will be a plus

• Lead the technical planning process for new feature development and
existing software maintenance • Salesforce.com development (Apex,
Visualforce, Force.com, SOQL, Triggers, Custom Objects, etc.)

• Salesforce Developer (Dev 401) Certification Required

 • Salesforce Advanced Developer (Dev 501) Certification or Salesforce
Technical Architect Certification a plus

• Salesforce.com Administration experience (Certified Administrator is a
plus)
