*Visa & Photo ID Must* USG direct client is looking for *QTP, QC expert with Exp. on SQL *at* New York - Local Only* *Looking for only locals or nearby local who can come for f2f* *Job Description:* Looking for an experienced QA tester with experience in automation testing who can perform thorough functional and data testing on a multi-threaded application with extensive database transactions. *Duties and Responsibilities: * · Understand business requirements and develop test scenarios/cases. · Responsible for writing test plans with schedules & dependencies. · Responsible for writing, monitoring, executing and evaluating application tests with industry standard testing tools and scripting languages · Produce Defect Metrics, and Dashboard on full QA progress and appropriately prioritize bugs/ issues with the BA and development lead. · Over a period over time and working against a plan, automate all testing suits where applicable. *Technical Skills / Tools: * · *Candidates should have good knowledge in testing basics and concepts, first round telephonic will be on this only. * · *They should have strong knowledge in Automation, QTP, QC, scripting. * · *Strong SQL is required – candidates will be asked to write SQL in f2f. * · *Also, communication will play a major role in their selection process. * · Automation experience required. · Should be well versed with HP tools like ALM or QC, and automation tools like UTF. · 5+ years overall QA experience · 5+ years strong SQL skills · 3-5 years’ strong experience in VB Scripting Skills.
