USG direct client is looking for *Business Analyst *at *Salt Lake City, UT* *Role: **Business Analyst* *Location: **Salt Lake City, UT* *Interview: Phone/Skype* *Note: VISA Copy & Photo ID Mandatory* *Role name * · Business Analyst *Role Description * · Research, analyze data and design *DQM *rules to support data quality standards · Develop actionable operational Data Quality Exception Reports supporting credit and financial analytics, regulatory reporting initiatives, Future Core project data conversions, etc. · Develop SQL queries to profile, analyze, and validate banking system data · Develop, document and perform testing use case scenarios · Develop management reports, metrics, and scorecards demonstrating status on data quality initiatives · Participate in Banking Software Conversion project initiatives and develop DQM reporting solutions supporting these projects. · Interface with Data Governance Specialists, Enterprise Data Warehouse associates, operational users, business users and executives throughout the Bancorp · Learn banking source system application user interfaces to view or print loans/deposit screens in support of DQM reporting development and research · Operational support on DQM reporting operations *Competencies * · Core Banking Experience *Essential Skills * · Bachelor's degree plus related experience may meet requirements · 4+ years' experience in business analysis, operations support, software development, project management, or other directly related experience; a combination of education and experience may meet requirements · Requires strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills, strong testing skills, strong presentation and communication skills interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with management, peers, and technical staff · Candidate must be able to estimate scope and schedule required and commit to deadlines · Must demonstrate advanced SQL querying abilities and understanding of relational and dimensional data models · Experience with reporting and analytic tools such as: Business Objects, Cognos, Crystal Reports, Qlik, Sharepoint · Must be able to work with little or no supervision · The preferred candidate will have a deep knowledge of the banking industry, loan and deposit systems, regulatory reporting requirements, or data warehouse experience · Experience with Data Services or other ETL development tools a plus *Please share your updated resume at **akansh...@usgrpinc.com* <akansh...@usgrpinc.com>* or feel free to contact me at **614-401-5194* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-HRMS-India" group.
