*USG* direct client is looking for *Engagement Manager a*t *Dublin, OH* *Job Title:* *Engagement Manager* *Location:* *Dublin, OH* *Client:** TCS* *Interview:** Phone & Skype* *Role name * *Engagement Manager * *Role Description * *This is Datacenter manager position which requires multiple skills..* · Administration of hardware and all components of Data Center. · Involved in design and build of DC floor space, rack allocation, setup and installations. · Set-up entire DC from scratch and currently managing and administrating all aspects. · Provides onsite support for problems related to Data Center environment, maintenance and inspections including fire suppression, generator, electrical and HVAC systems. · Handles problems with all datacenter hardware installations, related maintenance, and vendor contact. · Provides hands on support during Data Center Infrastructure upgrades, engineering audits and physical security. · Assists in Network and Hosting administration support. · Assists in generating data center infrastructure, systems statistics and operations supplies inventories. · Functional use of NetBackup, UCS, Storage Navigator, DCTrack and tools related to pertinent hardware. · Participated in disaster recovery testing and operational contingencies. · Delivery of reliable and cost-effective highly qualitative services to data center customer. · Provides input for delivery of trend analysis, hardware and infrastructure capacity planning and runtime statistics. · Able to provide a complete system recovery in the event of a local or regional disaster. · First-Tier Technical Support for production servers in cluster, problem determination/resolution with Vendors. · Design/Implementation of policies/procedures for production system/cluster architecture; · Research/Installation of WINDOWS O/S software and patches, third-party software/packages (using SCCM and HPCAE). · Chaired weekly workload review meetings with Corporate Facilities and vendors. · Oversaw the details of all changes to ensure success. · Reduced DC kW capacity by 250 kW through aggressive Decommission management. · Setup OLAs with Mailroom, Computer Operations, Network and Corporate Facilities to clarify roles. · Managed workload of 3 IT Facilities techs (cables, equipment installation/decommission). · Setup Macro-based metrics to manage all DC & DR capacities and integrated as day-to-day work tools. · Setup up parts logistics process to manage all assets in motion. · Setup SharePoint site to manage all documentation, department policies, procedures, links and metrics. · Setup automated SharePoint process for badge access and logging for audit purposes. · Created a training program for all vendors and maintenance staff to understand safety and workmanship expectations. *Competencies * · Infrastructure Optimization and Tuning, Project Management, Infrastructure Security, Infra & Data Security : IT IS_CNS_Data Network_Cisco *Please share your updated resume at **akansh...@usgrpinc.com* <akansh...@usgrpinc.com>* or feel free to contact me at **614-401-5194* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-HRMS-India" group.
