Expert in implementing complex workflows functionalities. Should have implemented or lead the Siebel upgrade projects Should have closely worked with the customer and should have a great experience on the deliverables and support to the customer. Should have experience in interacting with Testing team and support the team during deliverables *Essential Skill:* Strong technical and Functional knowledge and hands on experience in configuration, Scripting and Workflows Working knowledge in EAI. Should have worked in at least one implementation in Siebel CRM in the above mentioned areas. Excellent customer interaction Good communication skills.
