*Job Description:*

*Role name  Engineer  *

• Lead the participate in outage calls

• Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database
documentation whenever required

• Participate in weekly/ monthly/ customer meeting and provide activities
report.

• Follow Compliance and Regulation policy of Client and Customer

• Understand the SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the Client
agreement with customer

• Keep the Inventory up to date for global locations

• Work with offshore team and ensure customer deliverables are delivered on
time



Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)



Experience with Citrix products that include, but are not limited to
NetScaler, XenMobile, XenApp, XenDesktop, and XenServer

• Managing the configuration of Netsclaer Load Balancers and gateways for
mobile device traffic

• Using ITIL change management through Service Now to document
Architectural updates and maintenance

• Administering and maintaining the MDM Citrix XenMobile platform

• Working knowledge of Firewall/Load Balancer/MDM/MAM/Exchange CAS/Citrix
Storefront/

• Familiar with integrations with Certificate Server (root and intermediate)

• Familiar with integration into AD and internal/external facing
Architecture

• Working with Netscaler for single sign on and security/authentication

• Administering and managing MAM XenMobile AppController

• Working knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows,
etc.) including configuration and troubleshooting

• Maintain documentation related to mobility activities/process

• Adhering to and enforcing all standards for mobility/messaging platform
