I have got this problem.

Here is my answer:
1.First find out the segment type( table or index) of the lobsegment by
querying dba_lobs table.
2.Then you need to find our which column in this segment use lob datatype.
3. Then you use following syntax to modify storage parameter for this particular
column:
alter table/index {table/index}_name
modify lob (column_name)
(storage (maxextents * pctincrease * ....))
