SVRMGR> ALTER DATABASE OPEN;
Statement processed.
SVRMGR> ALTER DATABASE CHARACTER SET ********;
Statement processed
SVRMGR> ALTER DATABASE NATIONAL CHARACTER SET **********;
Statement processed.
SVRMGR> shutdown immediate
SVRMGR> startup
