I would suggest that you start researching PKI
( public key infrastructure )
There is a *lot* of info available. Just use
your favorite search engine.
Also check out Oracle Advanced Security at
technet.oracle.com.
This is a very big subject.
What are you doing that you plan to have
50,000,000 rows?
