I think they look both the same, therefore, either should be just as fast,
but bear in mind, if you run proc.sql, then proc1.sql afterwards, it will
already be parsed, so proc1.sql will run marginally faster :)

(If they run at all :^) )

You would be much better off pasting the content of the procedures in to
your email Viktor, then the list may be able to help, I had noticed that you
have not tried any further due to no responses..
