Winnie,

According to the SQL Reference for 8.1.6 (Create Table):

LOB_index_clause
This clause is deprecated as of Oracle8i. Oracle generates
an index for each LOB column. Oracle names and manages the
LOB indexes internally.
Although it is still possible for you to specify this
clause, Oracle Corporation strongly recommends that you no
longer do so.

Maybe you shouldn't mess with it. I leave mine for Oracle
to manage, concentrating on placing my "regular" and
Intermedia indexes where I want - lot more bang for the buck
there.

Hi all,

I know that it is kind of a stupid question. But I've been
struggling with
the syntax to move the LOB index to a different tablespace.
Would any one
please kindly help me out on this part? Thanks!!
:D
