No Logging will prevent redo logging of the creation process of the index.
Advantage,  this reduces the overhead on the system and reduces the time of
creation as no entries are inserted in the redo log.  Disadvantage, you may
not be able to recover the object as no entries exist in the redo logs. One
needs to take frequent backups or a complete backup after a major objects
creation process has been carried out with this option.
