While attempting to perform a full database import you receive the following
errors:
IMP-00003: ORACLE error 3113 encountered
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
IMP-00021: operating system error - error code (dec 2, hex 0x2)
o/s error code 2
IMP-0: Import terminated unsuccessfully
Solution Description:

Verify that all of the packages are valid before exporting your data.
If you cannot compile the package to make it valid, the package will need to
be dropped before performing the export.
Explanation:
============
This is due to [BUG:1033830]. The import attempt should instead just give
warnings such as:
PLS-201 identifier '%s' must be declared
All packages must be valid before exporting.
