Take a look at the JDBC manual, it's on the doc CD.
Just adding d:\jdbc\lib to your classpath isn't good enough.
The needed classes are not in a jar file, they are in a zip file.
Include d:\jdbc\lib\classes12.zip in your CLASSPATH.
