You can use utl_raw.concat(r1,r2.....,r12). However each raw argument cannot
exceeds 32k. If you are using 8i, why don't you change to BLOBs and use the
dbms_lob.append to satisfy your purpose ?. Maybe you can achieve your goal
with temporary LOBS in a PLSQL but I don't know if it would work.
