DBA's,
We have just upgraded some PC's to MS IE5.5 SP1, now some of the PC's cannot
access the Oracle Applications through the personal home page. Everything
seems to work just fine if they access the Forms cartridge directly.
When users select a responsibility from the personal home page to log in as,
a blank IE window opens with no toolbar or messages. But the personal home
page window shows "Error on page", on the status bar on the bottom left
corner. If I setup the IE to give messages on all errors, I get the
following in the detail window:

Char: 9
Error: Class not registered
Code: 0
URL: http//orafinapp.pios.com:3511/f_prd1/OracleConfigure.render?
P_page_id=28&p_region_id=32&p_mode=0
Any clues as to what might be causing this. Everything worked just fine
before the SP1 upgrade.
