William,

The only other thing I can think of (not knowing ASP syntax):

Is the string comparison operator a '=' or something like 'eq' or '==', while
the assignment operator is a '='?

:I apologize. I grabbed an older version of the script. In fact, line 3 is
:'IPCheck' and not 'UserIP'. I couldn't get anything working with UserIP.

: I apologize for being off topic here, but I am stuck.
:
: I have been struggling for 3 days on what I believe is a
:simple script.
:
: Here is the piece of code which is not functioning as I
:require:
:
: 1 UserIP = Request.ServerVariable("REMOTE_HOST")
: 2 IPCheck = Left(UserIP,7)
: 3 If UserIP = "192.168" Then
: 4 parser.setSingleSessionField "My_Template",
:"template_i"
: 5 Else
: 6 parser.setSingleSessionField "My_Template",
:"template_o"
: 7 End If
:
: If I comment out all but line 4, I can verify that
:My_Template is set to
: 'template_i'. If I comment out all but line 6, I can verify
:that
: My_Template is set to 'template_o'. If I run with now lines
:commented,
: My_Template winds up blank.
:
: What am I doing wrong?
