Clone Oracle HRMS Application from instance A to B

Hi,

I need to clone the Oracle HRMS Application from instance A to B. 

I suppose I've to
(1)     Install the HRMS Application for the new instance B.
(2)     Apply the same set of patches for instance B as in instance A.
(3)     Copy the database files from instance A to B.
(4)     Change the profile data in instance B as oracle HRMS application
capture the port number etc in the database.  I am not very sure which
tables/rows to change ?

Has anyone tried that before ? Please help. Thanks.
