Hi all,
Our trainer needs to build training database/s, she is
asking the following questions:
1. use Sybase or Oracle as the database server?
We have some projects using Sybase databases, and
old training database is on Sybase.
2. build the database on Unix vs NT platform?
3. She wants each trainee has his/her own
database(!!!), since she doesn't want one use to see
other user's data. And she said in Sybase it's really
easy to do this, she has a script that can create
multiple databases. Is it doable (please give some
tip or script), or is it necessary ???
Any idea will be greatly appreciated!!!
