Listers, Users are desiring an org chart representation of data. Forms 6i Web Deployed (9iAS 1.0.2, 8.1.7, HP-UX, Forms 6i Patch2). One thought is to use a Java Bean since Forms 6i supports those. I have no problem doing a google search and digging up a few Java Beans that say they will do it, but, I am looking for recommendations from anyone who has tried this. I tried some custom OCX list controls back in Forms 4.5, wanting extended selects, tree control, etc. I must have tried about 30 of them without any of them working very well, and with most not working at all. Support for OCX's in Forms 4.5 seemed a bit spotty. So, I can go through the same process again, trying out a lot of Java Beans, or, PJC's since those are supposed to be supported (though I don't understand the difference). But, it sure would be a time saver if someone has already gone through this and can make a recommendation. If not, time for lots of trial and error testing. Regards, Larry G.
