Resent due to mail problem:


It's 'unlimited tablespace', and it's granted directly to the
user account when you grant 'resource'.

Whenever you grant the resource role, you should immediately
revoke 'unlimited tablespace' from that user.

Better yet, create a new role, and don't use 'resource'.
