use table DBA_TABLES :
in SQL plus just type :
break on owner skip 1
select owner , table_name from dba_tables ;
or you can use 'WHERE' clause to exclude user SYS and SYSTEM
select owner , table_name from dba_tables
where
owner not in ('SYS','SYSTEM') ;
