Look in ORACLE_HOME\bin for the correct name of the SQL*Plus executable. Be sure to use the line command version (the one WITHOUT a W at the end of the file name.) Depending on the version of Oracle, it could be SQLPLUS, or PLUS80, or something else. Also does uwin know to use your path to find files, or do you need to "cd" to the right directory?
