I am not sure, but I think originally he didn't mean that I, Kevin, was the
criminal. I think he met that people in his country would be considered
criminals for having a concealed weapon, just like they pretty much would
here in the good'ol US of A. No harm No foul, it's all just opinions , and
we all know what those are like:)
