I would *guess* that forms 4.5 would work with 7.3.2, and
maybe Forms 5.
I don't know if the Metalink certification matrix generator
has Forms info for desupported versions of the RDBMS, but
that would be the place to look first unless someone on the
list(s) knows it from experience.
