Also, an advantage of a Unique Constraint is that a Foreign Key can
reference a Unique Key, but not a Unique Index.

According to Oracle, they will be de-supporting the unique index in the
future.  Since the unique constraint creates an index anyway, might as well
go
with the unique constraint.
