In v$lock table, the 'ID1' column is equal to the object_id (DBA_OBJECTS)
and you can get the sid of the culprit. The v$session should help you to map
the sid to the username, machine etc....
As for killing the user, I believe that the murder is illegal in most of the
world.

Does any body have script to see who locked the table and subsequently If
needy to kill the user?? I had it but I want to update mine.
