why dont u use the saddr of v$transaction to link which links to sesaddr of
v$transaction from this u can know whether that user is running a
transaction.
I think that is what you are asking about.
check again on v$transaction on that saddr of v$session
it will be rolling back,in v$transaction u can see unrec going down if it is
going down then it is rolling back u will have to wait until it rollsback.
i think i am not sure in 8.1.7 u can speed up these rollbacks by some
underscore parameter
