Well, it depends on the type of dd and dd1, doesn't it?
how about: (for the case where these are VARCHAR2)
cursor c1 is
select dd,dd1,dd2,dd3 from dd
union
select 'ddstub','dd1stub',dd2,dd3 from dd1;
and likewise for other datatypes, mutatis mutandis.
