I don't know how it is in other countries/mobile phone providers, but in
our case it is just sending e-mail to appropriate number
For example if I have a number 1234567 in our provider (LMT)
then I automatically have e-mail address [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
everybody may send e-mails to this number and I shall receive them as SMS.
Of course there are some other issues, for example, one has to enable this
feature from his mobile phone, sending a SMS to a service number
And mail from oracle database you can send using package UTL_SMTP.
