Ajay,

Everything you need is in the fine manual.

Please read the fine Migration Manual. There's a lot
to read and it will take you a few hours. Sorry, migration
is highly dependent on you environment and no one will be
able tell you everything you need to do.

There are many steps in the Mig manual. You may not need
to do some, and will need to do others. The only way to
ensure a successfull migration is through planning.

The manual is available on the oracle CD's. If you don't
have access to the CD's, the documentation is all
available at http://technet.oracle.com

You might be wise to download it all to your own PC, server,
workstation or whatever you have. If you have a CD burner,
burn a set so you can install the docs wherever you need.
