manoj, 
i have a procedure which lists the space allocated and space occuopied (and
space wasted)
for tables/indexes... making use of the dbms_space package...(mail me
privately) 
Also, a while back someone else (Jared ?) posted a similar procedure.. you
might
find it on his website
