Yes you can; stored procedures would next to useless if you could not. The owner of
the calling procedure must have execute privileges on the called procedure. You call
a procedure from within a procedure thus
-- call myprocedure
myprocedure;
-- end call to my procedure
You do not use the SQL*Plus "exec" command when calling a procedure from within
another one.

What access must be given to the calling SP to the called SP, and syntax
from the calling SP.
