There are reorgs to fix fragmentations, and reorg to
reclaim dirty space.  LMT's fix the former but not
necessarily the latter.

I do believe tho' that the days of unloading the
entire database and reloading it (with the exception
of changing the blocksize) should be a thing of the
past
