Oracle Financials 11i asks for 14000 semaphores:
When I do the calculation as per the Oracle Guide I come to about 1000.
Anybody know why the disparate nature of these numbers. Can semaphores be
set to such high levels.
I can RTFM, but wonder what lists comments are before
