Note:118005.1 says, at one point, that the DLM_LOCKS_CFG
parameter is "the maximum amount of DLM locks available"
this is somewhat misleading and therefore somewhat dangerous.
Our SAs set it to the "maximum" and (yes, foolishly, i think)
wound up setting it to about 1GB, and getting a kernel
problem.
More likely, the Note should say:
"Set DLM_LOCKS_CFG to twice the number of peak locks anticipated"
or somesuch.
Anyone from Oracle care to comment on how best to put in a
document change request to spare someone else this potential pain?

Anyone out there using OPS ver7 on Tru64 Alpha?
I'd be interested in swapping DLM parameters.
We just applied an OWS-suggested fix and it apparently
ran the box into the ground.
Any thoughts welcome.
