Well... . DDL will generate small amount of rollback for changes in the data
dictionary...
See this:
SQL> select usn, writes from v$rollstat;
USN WRITES
---------- ----------
0 716
2 1472
SQL> get f1.sql
1 create table mytable (mycol number)
2 storage(initial 1M next 1M maxextents 10 pctincrease 0 )
3* tablespace users
SQL> /
Table created.
SQL> select usn, writes from v$rollstat;
USN WRITES
---------- ----------
0 716
2 3273
SQL>drop table mytable;
Table dropped.
SQL>select usn, writes from v$rollstat;
USN WRITES
---------- ----------
0 716
2 3781
