Hi gurus,
I have problem with the performance of the Database
the user report that db is very slow.
i check the statistics i get:
free buffer waits in 72774
buffer busy waits in 171940
this isthe only high..other is normal
the dba shutdown every day in the night for backup
somebody can help me!!!
