Infamous 4031 error on 817

Hi Folks, We are currently on 815 and moving on to 817 shortly on AIX 4.3.3. Read a forum posing on Metalink stating that there are some known bugs related to the ORA-4031 error on 8.1.7. Now is this limited only to products like sqlldr or a more generic kind of bug. If yes , is there a patch after 8.1.7.1.0b which solves this problem.   Thanks     Satish Iyer DBA CCSS Team 684-3016
