Dear DBA gurus,   Could I ask you about the following questions:   What are the benifits of having a support contract? what are the issues withnot having a support contract or what the risks do I have to take without the Support? What is it covering? I mean, Does it cover issues involved in our application systems?   Your views and advice are vital for me.   Thanks   Chuan
