If you don't know the name of the owner or table name and can log in as SYS or SYSTEM
or a user with DBA privileges use:
select owner, table_name from dba_tab_columns where column_name = 'XXXX';
If you are just looking for that column for a particular user, login as the user and
do this select:
select table_name from user_tab_columns where column_name = 'XXXX';
