One of our programmer had imported a table from ACESS database.

When I query user_tables I get following result.
SQL> select table_name from user_tables where table_name= 'TMP_APRIL'

no rows selected

SQL> select table_name from user_tables where table_name= 'tmp_april'

TABLE_NAME
------------------------------
tmp_april

When I query tmp_april table I get following result.
SQL> select count(*) from tmp_april;
select count(*) from tmp_april
                     *
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

SQL> select count(*) from TMP_APRIL;
select count(*) from tmp_april
                     *
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

For some reason, table name has been stored as tmp_april (lower case). When
we create table it supposed to store table name with upper case.

Did any one had similar kind of problem?

Thanks in Advance,
