Hi Ksksksk (how do you pronounce this?),

Last time I checked there was nothing close to this one .... do yourself a
favor ... don't waste time looking for better list ... there is none ...
nothing ... zip ... nada ... absolutely none ..

Hope you get the idea ... this is not to discourage you, but for Oracle DBA
stuff (and some developer stuff) this is the best place. 

For pure development tools, designer, JDeveloper, web development stuff,
there are some very nice (I subscribe some of them) at FATCITY.COM

Maybe this list should be nominated for WEBBY awards next year ....
