Good point. I have tested the following to capture both PUBLIC and private
db links.
set linesize 500;
set pagesize 1000;
column owner format a20;
column link_name format a20;
column userid format a20;
column host format a20;
column password format a20;
SELECT u.name owner, l.name link_name, l.userid, l.host, l.ctime created,
l.password
FROM sys.link$ l, sys.user$ u
WHERE l.owner# = u.user#;

This will only give you the public database links. You will also need to
log in as the schema that owns the private database link, if that's the
case, and look at user_db_links.
