Heart problems show up in the bones due to poor circulation of nutrients.
There has been a few fossils found with some evidence, but not very many.
Since they ate more wild meat, their diet had a lot less fat in it than ours
does today. Today people eat mostly domestic animals and they have a lot
more fat than wild animals do. Plus hunting food in the wild tends to be a
bit more aerobic than getting it from a grocery store.

and corn-fatted
cows we eat....now the ancestors...well, they ate
liver..kidney...heart....brain. These
are *alot* fattier.
