Hi Guru's,
I was having Oracle 8.1.6 Server on my server initially.Due to some reason I
deinstalled it.
But after installing it again,after installation i am not able to start
'SVRMGRL'
It's giving me error ORA-12560 TNS:protocol adapter error.So i can't up my
database.
can anybody help me.
